As we near the conclusion of the Volt League season, Fuego has officially withdrawn from the league with three weeks remaining. The team, which was already projected for relegation due to their performance struggles, will no longer compete in Division One. It remains unclear if they'll relinquish their Division Two status, leaving a question mark over their future participation.
Fuego's exit solidifies the playoff landscape. With their departure, AC Juniors and Little United have clinched their spots in the postseason.

Meanwhile, the University of Houston is on the brink of securing their place, boasting a 95% chance of making the playoffs. Houstonians FC, currently trailing UH, must win all their remaining matches and hope UH falters to keep their playoff dreams alive, although their chances are slim.
Further down the standings, Vinotinto, Longhorn FC, and Houston United FC are officially out of playoff contention. Yet, there's still something to play for: the coveted seventh seed. Houstonians FC currently occupy this spot, which grants an invitation to the 2025 Houston Super Cup in July. The fight for that invitation is on, and these teams are determined to end the season on a high note.
